Accommodation

Robin Hoods Bay is a picturesque old village on the North York Moors coast. Joyce Cottage is a 3 bedroom holiday cottage with an ensuite to the master bedroom. The holiday rental accommodation downstairs in Joyce Cottage consists of a large living and dining room with a well equipped quality kitchen.

Relaxing
The porch, with coat hooks and a boot rack, leads on to the freshly decorated beamed sitting/dining room. Kindling and fuel for the multi fuel stove is supplied from March to November to welcome you on your first night and logs and firelighters are readily available from the village shop 7 days a week, should you require it, for the remainder of your stay.

There is flat screen LG TV, DVD/CD player and a cupboard full of games, ideal for wet days and cosy nights in!

A word of warning, the sofa is so comfortable you instantly relax and unwind and may find it difficult to move!

Cooking
The custom made kitchen has been fitted with high quality units, a Villeroy and Bosch sink/drainer, integral Neff dishwasher, double Neff oven with cooker hood, a built in 4 ring Neff gas hob, Neff microwave and a fridge with small ice box.

The cupboards house an array of Spode crockery, terrines and glassware. There is a good selection of pans in the ‘magic’ corner cupboard to the right of the double ovens and various cooking utensils, tea towels and cloths can be found in the drawer unit to the right of the fridge. We are sure that you will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Heating
The heating is pre set to come on in the morning and again at midday before coming on for a third time in the evening. All radiators are fitted with individual thermostats for your comfort.

There is a plentiful supply of hot water on demand, day and night!
